Meet the Therapist
Hi, I’m Kellie Arnaout, LMSW, CAADC.
I’ve been in practice for over ten years, specializing in personality disorders, substance use, trauma, and family support. I provide services to adults, couples, and adolescents, using a client-centered, solutions-focused, and evidence-based approach that emphasizes empowerment and personalization.
My approach includes:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Virtual Art Therapy
Motivational Interviewing
Solutions-Focused
Person-Centered
Gender-affirming and faith-supportive care
Support for polyamorous/non-monogamous and LGBTQ+ clients
My goal is to create a genuine, down-to-earth, and approachable space where clients feel supported, understood, and encouraged to grow in ways that feel authentic to them.
When working with children and teens, I offer a confidential space for them to share their thoughts while collaborating with caregivers to develop strategies as a team.
When I’m not in sessions, I love spending time with my family, taking my dogs (Luna & Hyde) for walks, exploring new cities, hiking, and relaxing by a bonfire (any day of the week!).
